Kalin's Indoor Comfort Serving Siouxland For More Than 80 Years

Originally serving Siouxland as the Norfolk Furnace Company back in 1921, Jacob Kalin founded the company known today as Kalin's Indoor Comfort. Sid Kalin joined the business with his father after WWII and together they began the relationship with Lennox that Kalin's has enjoyed for more than 50 years. After graduating from the University of Colorado in 1976, Bruce Kalin joined his father in the family business and today oversees both the Sioux City and Vermillion locations. Kalin's again expanded the business in 1990 with the addition of fireplace sales and the expansion of the fireplace showroom in 2000. Kalin's remodeled showroom boasts one of the largest collections of hearth products in Siouxland with more than 20 working fireplaces, inserts and stoves on display.
